Our Policy is to protect the health and safety of our employees, contractors, neighbors and customers and to preserve the environment while providing quality products that meet customers’ expectations.
We comply with applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations, and quality standards. We apply practical means to minimize pollution, reduce waste and minimize risk of operations.
We promote a strong sense of safety awareness among our employees. Safety will always be a factor in the design and construction of new facilities. We develop operating procedures and train our employees to ensure that they understand the hazards of the work environment and that they can operate the process plants in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
We will continually improve our performance and implement effective development system to enhance the competence and awareness of our multicultural employees to achieve sustainable results and to comply with (SHEQ) regulations.
Total Quality
Management
JANA is committed to Total Quality Management. The aim is to set in
motion an ongoing process involving every employee of JANA in
constant improvement of product quality, sales, after-sales-service,
the quality of working methods and goals.
In a fast changing environment, Total Quality Management is the key
to in-depth adaptation and improvement. A rigorous approach, a culture of relentless
improvement and skills-sharing are powerful engines of progress for
JANA and its customers.

services that meet or even exceed their satisfaction. Quality is
highly addressed in every aspect of our service.
Epoxy Production
Process
JANA's epoxy production technology based on the original CIBA Geigy
process (now Huntsman) is commercially proven and
includes the latest developments in the epoxy manufacturing. There
are two independent lines. One for liquid resin grades and the other
one for solution and solid grades of resin. This configuration gives
maximum flexibility and better yield for the production of different
grades.
The process is fully automated and incorporates a Distributed
Control System (DCS) supplied by FOXBORO Inc. of USA. Programmable
Logic Controllers (PLCs) are also used in packaged units for
automated operation and stat-up/shut down. The resin manufacturing
process is supervised and controlled through a central control room
by using the integrated automation system.

Environment, Health and Safety is number one priority at JANA at all times.
JANA is OHSAS 180001:2007 (June 2009) and ISO 140001:2004 (June
2009) certified.
Latest safety features and systems are installed as per the
recognized safety standards such as OSHA, NFPA, IEEE, API, etc.
Safety systems include an online gas chromatograph based leak
detection system, fire detection and alarm system, automatic smoke
detection and sprinkler system, spill containment and disposal
system, etc. In addition, rigorous safety training and awareness programmes
are conducted on a continuous basis for all staff.
JANA has installed a unique wastewater program whereby the brine is processed
and the water generated in this process is utilized inside JANA. Recycling is now
part of the design and development of the plant to reduce our environmental
footprint and ensure that we are among the best in the world in minimizing our
impact on the environment this also helps us to comply with the regions strict
environmental guidelines.
Regular environmental monitoring is carried out by dedicated JANA
staff for various parameters such as VOC emission levels, noise
levels, groundwater analysis, etc.
