The 30,000 tons project to realize the ECH plant based on Ally Alcohol process suffered several months of delay. They delay occurred because there are so many competing projects under construction in Saudi Arabia and all are in need of personnel and material, which caused a severe shortage of these resources.

At present, the project started its Utilities and Chlor-Alkali commissioning.
